This intelligent approach integrates the physicality of hatha yoga postures, such as sun salutations or standing posture flow, with the transformational possibilities of a selected Kundalini Yoga kriya.

Expect also: the power of prayer, mantra and/or meditation.... and a challenge to release old, habitual patterning that no longer serves.
