Functional Flow  is a strength and mobility class where we let the music inspire us to move in our own way. This format includes yoga, pilates and primitive inspired movements focusing on stability, strength and range of motion. My goal in this class is to help each person find their own style of strength, mobility and stability that works best for them in that very moment.
